A full refurbishment and extension of a near derelict house near Nightingale Square in Wandsworth.
Having been uninhabited for a long period, this double fronted, semi-detached Victorian terrace, situated on a quiet residential street, was in need of serious renovations and modernisation. The project involved retaining the original front facade of the existing two storey house whilst demolishing the side/rear elevations and roof and removing the internal walls and floors. This allowed for a new basement level to be excavated below the original house footprint whilst the floor plates were levelled with rear garden and a full width Dorma roof extension was built. The project included a number of bespoke joinery items which were designed and supplied by JAAM including the shaker style kitchen.
