Birchlands Avenue/

This project involved the extension and reconfiguration of a 1930’s terraced house. At ground floor level the client was looking to increase the kitchen/dining space and an introduce an additional living space/ study. Freeing up the existing living room which became the kid’s playroom. The proposal involved extending to the rear in a staggered arrangement, in response to the long and short flanking extensions of the rear garden creating an L-shaped arrangement for us to design around.
